The business plan is to locate, purchase and convert an an old abandoned building into a 4* rustic/vintage hotel. The hotel will be decorated throughout with a rustic colour theme and items to give the feeling and atmosphere we aim to create. All hotels currently being built are built to a modern décor however the rustic look is coming back to popularity which is the exact thing that will make this company and hotel chain unique and a success.
