Ms. Plowman received her Masters in Business Psychology. She was Operations Manager for a start-up Tea/Herb business for 5 years. She operated and grew a Biofeedback practice and also coordinated an Early Intervention Program for Children with Disabilities and Delays in Idaho.She has spent the majority of her life "playing" with food and studying the important interaction between diet and health.

Mr. Christian is a consultant providing CFO and business strategy services for early stage companies. His career to date has focused on the retail industry, with experience in finance and management consulting
for Fortune 1000 companies and web strategy for startups, as well as an array of finance, technology, strategy, and line management responsibilities. He holds a degree from Dartmouth College.
