Dr. Akers brings practical and innovative product development to market to meet industrial and governmental needs.

Mr. Arts brings air handling/filtration mechanical engineering knowledge and technical problem solving leadership with thirty years experience in technical innovation, product design, prototype development, manufacturing and distribution. Mr. Arts has designed, developed and manufactured air hazard isolation and control products.

Thirty years experience as CFO with extensive finance, administration and management experience in diverse retail and manufacturing industries. Proven ability to improve operations and maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost reductions, and internal controls including budget development and management, cash forecasting, and business expansion.

Mr. Kunkemoeller has a diverse proven record of domestic and international achievement as an investment banker, consultant and entrepreneur. He has providing strategic and transaction advice to small and mid-cap companies in United States, Europe and South America and has initiated and developed transactions for early stage, small and mid-cap clients in consumer market segments.

Dr. Dunn (PhD in Biochemical Pharmacology) has over 30 years of executive management and entrepreneur expertise in three startup companies in drug development and specialized bird food consumer product.

Dr. Lordi (PhD-Mechanical Engineering) has over 40 years with expertise in engineering. At Calspan Corp, he served as a Principle Investor, Physical Sciences Department Head and then as Executive Director of the Calspan-UB Research Center. He is currently the CEO of BuffaloBlower Technologies LLC, a startup company developing airborne decontamination compressor technology to provide clean air environment for DoD and industrial applications.

Mr. Lilien has over fifteen years experience in strategic branding/marketing/business development position with a proven track record accelerating new business growth in B2B and B2C market using online and offline channels. He is especially skilled at taking challenging market conditions and developing brand, go-to-market and revenue generation strategies.

With over 20 years experience in sales and channel management, he has developed implemented and managed sales strategies resulting in significant grown for a diverse group of technology companies. Engaged as Director of Sales, he is handling all distribution channels and developing additional OEM and reseller channels. We are currently negotiating with him to be an employee by early 3nd Qtr. 2013
