Island Dine hopes to commerce trading in December 2013 under the ownership of Mata Puia. Mata has recognized an immediate opportunity to create a mobile catering business dedicated to selling a range of traditional, unique, new and affordable Polynesian dishes throughout the Brisbane and Gold Coast region. Mata has identified that her main target audience are actually missing and seeking food from their homeland such as NZ and Pacific Islands.
