Company Summary

Island Sharks Llc and the Chocolate Sommelier School (CSS) App. Based in Hilo, our decades long legacy of unforgettable cacao farm tours and classes. We use Hawaii cacao beans from our own farm, and also prototyping the CSS app.

Hawaii chocolate, tours, CSS Certifications and an online community built on aloha for chocolate.

We use fully biodegradable packaging and give 10% of Island Sharks Chocolate profits back to a local non-for-profit.
