Company Summary

I discovered that you can alleviate muscle soreness and joint stiffness by compressing two sides of a limb above or below a joint. So I built a device to help me with my knee pain that I could wear around and be able to move in all directions. The end result was the ISH (Integrated Stretching Harness). I wore the ISH for about three weeks on and off for 30-45 minutes at a time. My knee pain started to go away, and I was able to continue running.
