Paschal Taggart, FITI, AITI, was a partner in Barstow, Charleton & Co. Chartered Accountants, Gilmore Taggart & Co. Financial Consultants, and Cooney Taggart Financial Consultants, as well as chairing or directing many other Irish companies.
Paschal brings his many years of business and accounting experience to MOBi-LEARN. His primary role in the company is as business advisor, paying particular attention to financial and accounting procedures.

Elaine has worked with a number of higher education institutions in Ireland on quality assurance, program development and education through technology projects. Elaine has a Bachelor of Science in Software Development & Computer Networking from Cork IT, Master of Science in Cognitive Science from UCD, Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Strategy with Digital Marketing from the IMI & University College Cork

Sean comes from an educational background, having set up DBL College in 2003 primarily as an English language school. The College achieved accolades from within the industry and achieved HETAC accreditation. Sean’s previous background was in sales and marketing, working with BT and EIRCOM in their commercial directory divisions.

Jörgen spent ten years with Swedish TV. During that period he edited a wide range of programs including child and adult educational series and major dramas. Jörgen has over thirty years of experience working with Apple software programs and is a registered Apple IOS Developer. Jörgen is responsible for post-production, studio management as well as software and IOS code development.
