Utilizing his medical training and the ability to operate effectively under pressure, he was able to successfully navigate the internal politics of a war torn country. In his efforts to aid those most affected by the war there. He has experience in diplomacy, negotiations and project management, making him ideal to help grow Is Where It's At!

Tom is a Financial Analyst for a national firm, Tom earned his stripes between the trading floors in Chicago and transitioning into a Futures Trader at a local proprietary firm. He holds both an MBA in Investment Management/Behavioral Finance as well as an MS in Finance from DePaul University. Tom is a team player with a deep understanding of financial and national markets, and a willingness to go above and beyond expectations to ensure success.

A veteran programmer with over 20 years of experience, fluent in such languages as HTML, PHP, PERL, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, MYSQL, MS Studio.net, Visual Basic.net, C++, Visual C.Net, Basic and Dos. Certifications Include Novell Administrator (CNA) & A+ Certified (Hardware). He has proven his ability to resolve programming issues both quickly and efficiently; and has experience managing IT employee resources within an agile environment.

Melissa has a lengthy background in compliance and contract negotiations as well as a deep knowledge of the IT industry. She has served as a legal adviser in compliance and risk management for a wide variety of institutions helping them manage complex developments, in addition to consulting on copyright/trademark law for technology. She received her bachelors at Ohio State University, and earned her JD from Ohio Northern Law School.

With over a decade of sales experience originating in the financial industry. Has worked at Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and as an executive headhunter finding ideal candidates for senior positions. His networking strengths and ability to establish camaraderie have consistently placed him in high esteem. He has had numerous teaching engagements in universities in the Midwest including Columbia College in Chicago.
