Gary brings the innovation of inkjet precision from his background as VP of Technology at Fargo Electronics. Fargo had a successful exit to HID Global for $325M in 2006. While at Fargo, he authored more than 35 US patents and guided the design, development and introduction of more than 20 high-tech printers. Gary invented the IrriGreen Genius® System. Genius is the first fundamental change in irrigation system design in the last 40 years.

Jeffrey started-up and ran his own engineering company applying his experience to taking care of IrriGreen customers. Jeffrey directs the operations for IrriGreen including strategic planning, financial planning and our customer service experience. As CEO of Transfomation Systems, Inc. he took the company from start-up to $10M. At Huntingdon USA he merged and grew 3 R&D Divisions from $2.5M/yr to $10M/yr, and his early years were at Dow Chemical.

Ray started-up and ran his wholesale business before working at Eaton and US bank. He is the IrriGreen evangelist, leads IrriGreen’s marketing and brings strong business acumen to the IrriGreen team. He developed and managed product launches and web based marketing programs for Eaton. At US Bank he managed the successful launch of a new mobile smartphone banking app to millions of customers. He also has 10 years of successful business ownership.
