    President & CEO

    Mr. Miller has held various positions in banking, finance and real estate development over the last 35 years. In 2005 he began investing in farmland in Iroquois County, Illinois, the location of his grandparent’s grain and livestock farm. He re-connected with relatives farming organically and decided to build a business focused on sustainable agriculture and socially responsible investing. He has sponsored various ventures in this field.

  • Patrick Meara
    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Meara has managed commercial real estate investments for over twenty years. In connection with that role, he also leads his firm's sustainability efforts. Mr. Meara is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He currently serves as one of the original commissioners on the Village of Wilmette Environmental and Energy Commission.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Develops and manages farmers and farms leads. Born and raised on Indiana farmland, his career had been with a global CPA firm and multinational bank. This breadth of industry & financial engineering experience; from oil & gas leases to financial & asset derivatives and Tom's deep rural roots balances the financial engineering of farming leases with the core family values existent in all the family farmers we desire within our portfolio.

  • Managing Director of Business Operations

    Kevin started in banking & private equity industry in NYC. Led to the Company's sustainable, local, organic farm focus, based in NYC office, Mr. Egolf expands the Company’s footprint in New York & New England & manages new investor subscription national platform. Priorly, senior associate at Castle Harlan, a private equity firm, and Bank of America investment banking analyst. Wesleyan University, Bachelor of Arts, Economics & Computer Science.

  • John Steven Bianucci
    Director of Impact

    Mr. Bianucci networks with the global impact investing community to further Iroquois Valley Farms’ mission, including foundational organizations in the field such as B Lab, Investor Circle, and GIIN. Mr. Bianucci has a diverse background in marketing, trading and writing
