Jen Carlson is a LEED AP with over a decade experience in green building. She is the founder of pioneering green builiding supplier, Straw Sticks & Bricks , one of the first in the country. Jen has worked in bringing new green products to market in both residential and commercial sales. She was a founding member of Milestone Inspired Composites.

Mark brings over 25 years of building materials manufacturing operations experience, founder and creator of Thunderstone cast architectural stone. He took the business from his garage to over $2.5 million in annual sales. Previously he served as production manager at Yankee Hill Brick Co.

Josh developed a method of taking locally recycled glass and turning it into beautiful architectural surfaces and founded Milestone Local Surfaces. From 2008-2013 he built this driveway operation to a full scale manufacturing facility with 50% yearly revenue increases. His unique understanding of process engineering and this market has lead him to develop ever more innovative materials and increasingly efficient production methods.
