Michael Graham started his golf career at the age of 12 when he began working with his coach and life mentor Jim Flick. He went on to play golf at the collegiate level at from 2007 to 2009, where he majored in Psychology and Communications before turning professional. Michael Graham co-founded a golf company that supplies local Arizona golfers with caddies. He now works as a national sales representative for AArrow Advertising.

Nick Teschler launched his career in commercial real estate after graduating from Arizona State University in 2006. After the market crashed, he leveraged the opportunity to pursue his entrepreneurial passion. Nick Teschler currently owns AArrow Advertising in Arizona, which specializes in generating foot traffic and brand awareness for clients on a local and national scale. Nick is a member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.

Robert Graham is a co-founder of AArrow Advertising and has worked with top U.S. advertising agencies and brands to help them determine how to best spend on outdoor advertising and execute the most impactful campaigns possible. He has spearheaded campaigns for many well-known brands, leading multiple award-winning outdoor marketing campaigns for clients such as McDonald’s and Verizon Wireless. Robert Graham is also an avid golfer.

Golf has always been a significant passion in Curtis Cooper’s life. After growing up learning the game from his father, he fine-tuned his ability under the direction of Saddleback College’s legendary coach Bill Cunerty. Curtis Cooper went on to play professionally for five years while also caddying for some of the best golfers in the United States.
