Scott Winters is a successful business owner, classically trained orchestra conductor, and educator. He has used his rare combination of business skills and artistic understanding to provide vision and leadership for the development of Ion’s software and the company’s early growth and organization.

J Allen is both a classically trained composer and a skilled multimedia artist and programmer. He is on the faculty at the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN) and serves on the board of the American Composers Forum. Allen brings a unique and valuable mix of musical understanding and programming expertise to the Ion team.
