Hares is a Director of Finance for a procurement outsourcing company in Chicago. He has over 14 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, operations and management consulting. He received his BA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago and is currently pursuing an MBA.

Ryan brings 14 years of business development and international management experience to the venture. He received his BS in Engineering from Michigan State University in 2000. Since that time he has enjoyed a successful career with a US-based Fortune 250 company in varying market development capacities.

Scott is a current UIC MBA student with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. He has professional experience in project management, client service, and marketing in the university, pharmaceutical insurance, and real estate sectors. Mr. Green also has experience in executing various marketing strategies via internet, media, and print to meet sales goals. He received his B.A. from Arizona State University.

Demetri is currently an MBA student at the University of Illinois Chicago. His career focus has been in asset management and banking, and has a vast knowledge of the operations aspect of the mutual fund industry and its tie in to the financial services sector. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana with a BA in Economics.

Alexander Yarin is the Co-Director of the Department of Micro- and Nanofluidics Laboratory at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Professor Yarin received his MS degree in Applied Physics from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University in 1977, followed by his PhD and DSc degrees in Physics and Mathematics from the Institute for Problems in Mechanics at the USSR Academy of Sciences in Moscow.
