Dr. James Varrell, Founder of InWorld Solutions, is an American Board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology, and certified in American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Varrell has been at the forefront of telepsychiatry across the nation and continues to educate the medical community regarding the benefits of telepsychiatry through various presentations and forums where he has served as a panelist and presenter.

Les Paschall, Chief Operating Officer, brings over 20 years of creative leadership experience in the development, management, and coordination of cost-effective health care services in five major health provider venues.

Geoffrey Boyce is the Director of Telemedicine at CFG Health Network’s InSight Telepsychiatry. Boyce has advocated for the appropriate use and value of telepsychiatry and has developed unique telemedicine programs within areas of greatest need. Additionally, Boyce is an active participant in telemedicine advocacy, education and reform initiative. Boyce holds an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship and business planning.

Ms. Miles is a New Jersey-licensed Professional Counselor with experience in delivering clinical services through the use of Virtual Worlds. She was instrumental in the development and implementation of InWorld in various environments and currently provides social skills training for children in both real worlds and virtual worlds. Mrs. Winkfield-Pearson M.Ed., MBA presently has over 10 years of management experience. She provides technical management, system implementation, training protocol development, and user services standards for InWorld Solutions. Additionally, she was responsible for the successful completion of several military grants. Her duties in those projects included, project design, field operations management, system implementation, and project delivery.

Phil Abbott, contributes over 30 years of design and engineering experience creating virtual worlds for training, sims and collaboration with Unity, Unreal and proprietary engines.
