Prior to founding InvizBox, Paul worked as a software engineering project manager and scrum master leading a dev and QA team of 13 members in his 10 years at Adaptive Mobile, experiencing the growth phase from startup to medium sized business. Before that Paul worked as a senior software engineer in Xilinx (XLNX) writing power estimation software for FPGA's.

Prior to founding InvizBox, Chris worked as the quality assurance manager in Adaptive Mobile, leading a team of 23 QA engineers. Chris has worked for a total of over 18 years in the IT sector, primarily in Software Quality Assurance in the information security sector. He has worked for major companies as well and small Irish start-ups in the telecoms, finance and entertainment sectors.

Rounding out our technical and management experience with financial expertise, Brendan joins us from his previous role as CFO of DigiCel, one of Dennis O’Brien’s companies. Brendan has over 16 years experience in finance, bringing the background necessary to build a company that excels as well financially as it has technically.

Vincent joins us as our first non-founder employee from Rapid7, a world leader in cyber security. Vincent has 15 years industry experience, most of which is in the cyber security area. Since joining the team, he has built a strong engineering framework as the solid foundation which will allow growth from startup to medium sized business without the usual technical debt rework phase that can be required in many startups.
