Mr. Moffitt founded Invisipon in 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Moffitt held numerous positions in the field of Information Technology for Castrol Industrial North America, as a computer network engineer for British Petroleum through SAIC, and as Director for Toshiba Disk Products Repair Division. Mr. Moffitt earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Stout (1993) with a concentration in sales and marketing.

Mr. Neukum held a wide range of financial management positions within the parent company and downstream operations over his 32 year career with Amoco and British Petroleum. Mr. Neukum earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a dual major in accounting and finance and a Master’s of Business Administration from Loyola University-Chicago with a concentration in finance and international business.

Mr. VonDerHaar is the Vice President of Sales for Nokia Siemens Networks with a special emphasis in cable operators nationwide. Mr. VonDerHaar is a seasoned sales veteran with over 30+ years of experience in telecommunications sales. Mr. VonDerHaar earned a degree in Psychology from Indiana University.

Mr. Maxwell founded Optum Construction Group and Optum Development in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis in commercial development. Mr. Maxwell is also a partner and co-founder of the Paulding Jet Center, a Northwest Atlanta fixed base operation designed to bring new business opportunity and development to the Northwest Georgia region.

Mr. Moffitt is a 35+ year veteran of the diagnostics and medical device industry, having spent the last 20 years developing novel technologies into products and solutions that have helped shape the industry and generate significant shareholder value. Mr. Moffitt is currently executive chairman of the board of two UK-based medical technology companies, GlySure, Ltd and Microvisk, Inc. Mr. Moffitt earned a B.S. degree in zoology from Duke Universit
