    Tom Roberts has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. His previous employers include Roche Diagnostics, Boehringer Mannheim Corporation, Access Medical and Kinetic Concepts. During his leadership roles in general management, sales and marketing and product development, he has successfully commercialized numerous medical device and diagnostic products both domestically and internationally.

    Eric Eisbrenner is co-founder of Vidacare, a successful San Antonio based start-up medical device company. With Vidacare, he held the leadership roles of CFO and VP of Business Development, and was instrumental in the raising of over $16M. Vidacare recently exited at $265M. Prior to Vidacare, as VP of Corporate Finance for multiple investment firms, Eric was directly responsible for securing over $30M in angel and venture capital funding.

  • EVP of Sales

    Randall Cole comes to Invictus Medical as an expert in the medical device category. As a former CEO and National Director of Sales and Clinical Services, Cole brings a unique management perspective along with extensive achievements in the hospital, point of care and durable medical equipment segments. Throughout his career, Cole has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and impressive results at Pinnacle Medical, Baxter, Roche and Pfizer.

  • Chief Operations Officer

    Chris Gilmer is an expert in operational business management with over 30 years of professional experience. Previously, he worked with numerous Fortune 100 companies including Roche Diagnostics, Unisys Corporation and General Motors. Chris is also the former General Manager of Disetronic Insulin Pump Systems, where he was responsible for overseeing all areas of operations including the regulatory, quality process and customer care departments.
