Ashwaq is a dental specialist with ten years' experience in managing teeth/ dental implant infections. She has been a key participant in numerous clinical trials & research efforts, she holds two PhDs in Dentistry & diploma in starting a business.
Ashwaq has recently been awarded the 2017 Outstanding Entrepreneur award from Mitacs, the 2019 Women Founders Fund from Startup Canada & the 2020 Excellence Award from J. Armand Bombardier Foundation.

Dr. Faleh Tamimi is a dentist and has been working in the field of biomaterials and bone regeneration for over a decade. Faleh is also Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Dental Education in the Faculty of Dentistry at McGill University and holds a Canada Research Chair in translational research with a specific focus on biomedical applications. Faleh oversees the scientific research and development efforts for INViCARE.

AbdulAziz Shohatti has a bachelor’s in business management. He has over 3 years of experience in the field of Business Development in the medical and non-medical field with a background in operations, HR, and Marketing.

Ayad has a bachelor’s in accounting along with 13+ years of experience in finance and accounting at multi-billion companies including 5 years working for Deloitte. He has solid international experience in accounting, tax planning, financial & business consulting, internal & external auditing, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Hena has a bachelor`s in chemical engineering with a special interest in the pharmaceutical/cosmetic, food, and biomedical industries. She has two years of experience as a process specialist for manufacturing at the good manufacturing practices (GMP), and practical and technical laboratory work experience.

Dr. Mamdouh Farid is a dental and implant specialist. He is an experienced clinician, quality and accreditation leader, and the CEO of both Queen Hospital and The Queen Dental Center in Qatar

Dr. Sara is Senior Periodontics and a program manager for Qatar national Oral Health Strategic Committee. She holds a Master of Dental Sciences from McGill University, A certificate of business skills from Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University, and a certificate in marketing from oxford college of marketing, UK.
