Since 2002, Chris has worked in the financial services industry delivering a broad range of financial products and technology support solutions to brokerage, asset management and advisory firms. Extensive experience in identifying opportunities and developing business cases, engaging a wide range of functional experts to define product or service requirements, project execution, launch, and post launch performance measurement and management.

Before co-founding Invessence, Mary Lou spent 35 years with Merrill Lynch, becoming a Managing Director and leading a team serving the largest institutional client base in the U.S. She is a founder of the Chicago Financial Women and is an active member with the US Fund for UNICEF Board of Directors, National Association of Professional Women, St. Jude Children’s Research and Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Prashant has more than 25 years of experience in technology development. He brings a valuable combination of expertise in developing applications on a variety of platforms with a solid knowledge of the financial industry. He has worked with large banks, brokerage institutions, and technology vendors, creating technical products, websites, and trade management systems. Prashant has a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Michael has been an entrepreneur for most of his 30 year career. He joined Rockrimmon Securities in the mid-1980’s and helped grow the option trading firm from three to more than fifty employees. In 1995, Michael founded Gateway Partners, a leading options specialist with operations on all five options exchanges. In 2001, he sold his business to Knight Capital Group. He has a B.S. in Business Management from Farleigh Dickinson University.

With more than 20 years of experience in engineering innovative financial products, Jigar's goal is to make investing not only more efficient but also easy to understand. He has held senior positions at Schwab Capital, JPMorgan, and Harvard Management, Inc. Prior to investment management, Jigar was a senior engineer at Raytheon Co., working on the U.S. Navy satellite program. Jigar holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from Boston University.
