Dr. Gaspari has over 30 years in phtovoltaics and applied materials research and is the inventor of the company's patented PV solar cell technology. A Professor of Physics of UOIT, Dr. Gaspari has over 50 published, peer reviewed whitepapers.

Jeff Whitney has been directly involved in the start-up of a variety of successful businesses, including IntriEnergy. Jeff was the President of an energy start-up company where he raised $7.5M and secured multiple joint venture and licensing agreements in both Europe and Singapore valued at $266M USD in gross profit revenue over a 5-year period. Previously, Jeff was a senior partner in NetLine Inc, a banking development software company.

Jan brings 25+ years research and development, project management, international business development, marketing and sales in the semiconductor and solar industries. His experience includes Imec, Intel CTD/D2, Intel Ireland, he was part of the core team that successfully started up the first high-volume Pentium factories, and Alcatel Microelectronics, as well as senior level positions at Metron Technology, Roth & Rau and Activ Solar.

Dr. Chkrebtii has 30+ years of research in the field of computational material science, applied optics, optical spectroscopy as well as renewable solar energy sources, optoelectronics, and microelectronics. Dr. Chkrebtii and his team have developed a propriety theoretical modeling software program that allows for precise determination of substrates to optimize the efficiency of the PV solar cell.
