Executive Summary • InTimeTV (“ITTV”) is a live over-the-internet TV network founded in 2007. ITTV is the only network that provides programming to highly specialized niche audiences in medical, technical and other skilled professions. Programs have a talk show format with a host who interviews guests and panelists in a 60 minute program. The format of each program follows a standard template with six segments and seven commercial breaks.
