Project global objective:

The Project consists in settling of “HBS” (Habitech Building System) franchised facilities for low-cost building materials production and marketing and of affordable housing construction markets performing in Benin associating in optional complementary products & services supplying on kits basis like Architect and Geometer services, home maintenance and reparation global unlimited services and home equipments supplying included the renewable energies (photovoltaic solar and biogas).

Project specific objectives

1. Produce and market “HBS” building technology and materials to the self-builders/developers, real estate companies supplying construction sites for annual production at least of 350 housings on 86 m² built area each per an HBS typical production unit setting up. This allows answering 10.96% of annual housing needs of Cotonou city or reduces to 3.51% annual housing deficit in Benin;

2. Realize annually an average net income of at least US$ 2,000,000 over the first five (5) running years;

3. Create all in all 69 permanent employs and 116 part-time jobs by settling of an HBS typical production unit and performing of the negotiated construction markets (463 affordable individual housings of 2 rooms 1 floor on 65 m² built area) in turnkey basis from the first running year of the project;

4. Install at least one (1) production unit of HBS materials in each of the twelve (12) departments that counts Benin, from the end of the first five running years in order to cover all the national territory. 4,200 housing will be built and offered per year. That is 42% of annual housing deficit which will be resolved. It is at least an income of US$149,100,000 in average will be realized per year.
