Wes has led entrepreneurial companies and intrapreneurial ventures for over 16 years, driving several startups through fundraising to profitability. Previously National Director of Innovation for Deloitte and Head of Science, Technology and Innovation for Sirius Minerals; ranked the 11th most innovative company in Australia during his tenure. Wes holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from MIT and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s eMBA

Beau has 10 years experience in innovation and growth strategy. He is currently General Manager of Strategy, Performance and National Research Flagship programs for the CSIRO (Australia’s national R&D agency), and was previously a Director at Deloitte where he held national leadership roles in their Higher Education and Innovation consultancy practices. Beau holds a Masters of Marketing and a Bachelor of Law from UWA, and is a Member of the AICD.

Suzy has 10 years of strategy, operations and accounting experience with a range of companies, from start-ups to multinationals, including 4 years as a senior corporate tax advisor with Bankwest. Suzy holds a Masters in Accounting from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia.
