Company Summary
Percutaneous aortic valves are made in a range of sizes to accommodate anatomical requirements. There is no reliable way to size the aortic annulus prior to inserting a heart valve during a TAVI procedure. Physicians use a trial and error method to size the valve. Improper sizing can result in leakage and/or improper seating and axial movement of the new valve assembly and death. Our customers will be every person getting a TAVI replacement.
