Francois has 8 years of experience in the publishing industry has worked at Rosen Publishing, John Wiley & Sons, Hachette Book Group and most recently SourceMedia, Inc. He has experience in contract negotiation (4 yrs as a contract coordinator at Hachette Book Group), social media strategizing, is also a graduate of the NYU Masters of Science in Publishing: Print & Digital program and a graduate of the International Leadership Program at I-House.

Ms. Smith will acquire manuscripts across multiple imprints for the company. She will be responsible for developing relationships with authors to shape manuscripts throughout the creative process; collaborate with authors on changes in style, content and format of books, and with illustrators, on design of books. She will Identify & develop ideas for projects and maintain relationships with literary agents to source quality submissions.
