We have an opportunity to own 20% of an established, well-run Serie B professional soccer club that is now managed by a legendary owner with a history of promotions, at today's valuation - $5 million. It is very reasonable to expect the club to be promoted to Serie A within two years and the value of the 20% to be $20+ million. Then use our gains to create a multi-club system including academies (one to be in Ukraine and/or Poland) which we own.
