Over 15 years technology experience specializing in product management, R&D and has worked in both federal and commercial environments overseeing R&D ranging from backend data services and visualization products to streaming media and interaction design. Nicholas has built several encoding and transcoding appliances and oversees the end to end OTT experiences from stream ingestion to player delivery and has been recognized as an industry leader.

Mr. Turner currently is the primary engineering architect of the online cable TV Internet platform encompassed with social networking capabilities. He has had over 14 accreditations and multiple degrees in the arts, engineering and software applications fields. Mr. Turner is currently on the Advisory Committee for the Skyline College. He also holds a co-chairmen seat on the Policy Counsel for the Head Start program of Virginia.

Bob's responsibility's include understanding key user challenges and turning those into product features which provide value. He excels at exploring possibilities and delivering a final product with business value in mind. He works collaboratively with development teams and executive stakeholders during the concept, development, launch phases of a product’s lifecycle. Bob is a PMP and certified scrum master for years while using agile methods.
