Richard has more than 35 years experience as General Counsel for several major public and private high-tech corps. Legal background includes domestic & international negotiations, IPO leadership, licensing, litigation, contracts, bids and employee issues. Previously cofounder of UniCad which he successfully sold for $10M. Richard is an angel investor in several private medical healthcare start-ups. Education: Princeton and Harvard Law School.
