Project: Gas Turbine Jet Engine (GTJE)
The gas turbine engine (GTE) has many advantages over piston ICEs, but has a significant drawback - a relatively low thermal efficiency (high fuel consumption). This is due to the limitation of the temperature of the working body.
The aim of the project is to increase the thermal efficiency of GTE. The task of our team is to create a prototype engine and explore its characteristics.
