Dr. Wali Mughni was a Top Gun fighter pilot who voluntarily took early retirement from the Air Force to pursue advanced studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida, USA where he earned MBA in Aviation followed by Ph.D in Business Administration. He has spearheaded a number of businesses in USA and Middle-East. He was also the Dean at PALPA Institute of Aviation & Management Sciences. He is now Dean & Director at IBAAS.

Gold medalist from Pakistan's leading business school, the Institute of Business Administration. He was a professor at the institute for over 7 years. He was also the Registrar at the University of Karachi and has held various top executive positions at other universities as well.

With 24 years as a fighter pilot and 24 years as a pilot in commercial aviation, Capt Hadi has a reckonable aviation management experience. He earned his Master's degree in English language from University of Karachi. He is prolific writer and a poet of international fame. He has passion to teach and manage institutions.
