Dr. Seabrooke obtained her Ph.D. in Genetics and Neuroscience in 2010 from the University of Toronto. She completed post-doctoral training at McMaster University in 2012. She has also been course instructor for Genetics at McMaster University. Dr. Seabrooke has attracted over $350,000 in grants, fellowships and scholarships. In addition to multiple research publications she is also an editor for the Central European Journal of Biology.

Dr. Gonzalez obtained his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the York University. Dr. Gonzalez has held prominent roles in the scientific and business community and has significant experience in the commercialization of novel technologies. Currently he is Vice President of Commercialization at ZBx Corporation. Previously he worked as a Business Development Analyst at the Ontario Brain Institute where helped spin-out university neurotechnology businesses.

Mr. Bluvol obtained his B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto. He also completed an MBA at the Rotman School of Management. Mr. Bluvol has held numerous roles in the biomedical industry, primarily specializing in the R&D of medical devices for diagnosing and treating cancer. He recently held the position as Director of Marketing & Sales for FUS Instruments.

Mr. Xie obtained his BBA and MBA from the University of Toronto. After graduation, he articled across two boutique firms, obtaining his Chartered Accountant license in 2009. He has extensive experience in the financial and taxation sides of small business, having helped many small businesses as part of his employment and as an independent consultant.

Ms. Garcia Coni obtained her Bachelor of Industrial Design from Carleton University in 2009. Ms. Garcia Coni held an Industrial Design role at Sentinelle Medical Inc.. Sentinelle Medical was later acquired by Hologic, where she held the role of Industrial Design Lead. Ms. Garcia Coni currently holds the position of Manager of Business Development at Covalon Technologies. She also runs her own design consultancy, Coni Design Inc.

Carmelia has over 20 years of experience working in the dating industry. She has worked in various business roles for some of the largest dating companies in Canada. Prior to joining Instant Chemistry as Chief Marketing Officer, Carmelia worked as Director of Business Development for Lavalife and VP of Call Centre and Events Management at LifeMates. Currently she is also a Conference Co-ordinator for iDate, the world's largest dating conference.
