Deward Manzer was Chairman, President and CEO of BioVigilant Systems, Inc., President and CEO of Moltech Corp., Vanguard Automation, Inc., Breault Research Organization, and Chemco PhotoProducts, Inc.. He was President and COO of Gtech Corp., a public company, EVP of Compugraphic Corp. and VP and GM of the Large Computer Products Division of Honeywell Inc. Manzer received a BA in Physics at Harvard University and studied mathematics at USC.

Jianping Jiang, Chief Technical Officer, was co-founder of BioVigilant and the principal inventor of the BioVigilant IMD-Air product and holds 6 patents in optical instruments. Jiang served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Arizona Optical Science Center. Jiang obtained his Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Southern California and his M.S. in Physics at Polytechnic Institute of NY, and B.S. in Physics at Peking University.

Grega is a CPA through the Society of Management Accountants of Canada. Grega held positions of Assistant Secretary Treasury of Rowntree Mackintosh Canada LTD, Vice President of Finance of RCC Limited, Senior Vice President/Business Manager of Burson Marsteller,and Secretary-Treasurer, Director of Finance and Administration of Sion Power (Moltech Corporation). He also was CFO of MC Technologies and BioVigilant Systems, Inc.
