Oswaldo has a BS in industrial engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from the Stanford GSB. A second time entrepreneur, Oswaldo has been part of the strategic planning and business development teams at FritoLay and the Willis Group respectively. After completing his MBA he worked for UBS in NYC before returning to Mexico to found TUYO which was sold to Change Capital in 2012. Oswaldo is an Endeavor Entrepreneur since 2011.

Natalia has a MSC in International Business from ESC Toulouse in France as well as an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes. She previously worked at Airbus in the Human Resources team and after moving back to Colombia, Natalia was part of the founding team at Linio, the largest e-commerce in the country. Since 2013 she is one of the CoFounders at InstaFit.

After studying Mechanical Engineering and Business, Georg started off his career in the engineering department of BMW Germany. Later he joined McKinsey enrolled in 2 year double degree MBA and Finance at U of St.Gallen and ESADE.
In 2011 Georg cofounded a design startup in Berlin, later acquired by FAB.com. Georg later joined Rocket Internet to launch their Latam operations, founding Linio and Hellofood.
In 2013 he co-founded InstaFit.
