February 2013 i started my weight-loss journey. I was at 232 and now I am at 160. Losing weight made me become passionate for fitness and I want to help others reach their weight-loss goals especially in the urban communities. my fitness center will be a center where I can help everyone individually. I am beautifully fit is a mentoring program that will inspire and encourage young women to embrace healthy lifestyle and promote high self esteem.
