Dr. Cole is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inquiring Systems, Inc. (ISI) a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) corporation. Founded in 1978, ISI provides ethical and sustainable ecosystem management services primarily to nonprofit organizations, community-based projects, value-driven for profit entities and selected government agencies and supported projects throughout the world. Dale completed a B.Sc. in Ecology from the University of Manitoba (2004) and he received his Master of Science degree in Quantitative Plant Ecology and Land Reclamation from the University of Manitoba under the supervision of Dr. Norman Kenkel (2010). Among his areas of interest are to obtain an understanding of the deeper contexts of ecology and to accurately document the long-term changes in aquatic communities exposed to pollutants.

Extensive experience in all types of construction including: water, sewer, roads, asphalt paving, concrete, subdivisions, highway projects, dams, railroads, logging, flood control systems, bridges, building developments; both commercial and residential. The ability to operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks, permit processing & inspections. soil operations and distribution, bidding, estimating, subcontracting, project management & admin.
