InOurBuilding (IOB) is a community portal for residential properties, provided as an amenity to residents by property management companies. We share a couple of similarities to NextDoor (valued at $1.1B), but are micro-focused on relationships directly with building managers and owners.

Residents use IOB to meet neighbors, share and sell items in the marketplace, join special interest groups, request repairs, pay rent, reserve common areas, and more.

Building managers leverage IOB to create better community, streamline conversation between management and tenants, and to improve efficiency within the building. There are also revenue opportunities for buildings.
