We've identified a strategic opportunity created by the evolution of the poultry industry as it morphs into a "Big Bird" generation driven by economics not consumer demand. We look to provide a niche in processing for the poultry industry's vertically integrated companies in the western 2/3's of the United States as they look to out source "Big Bird" small portioning of breast meat, nuggets and tenders.
