Company Summary
Innovation Empowerment Programme (IEP) was started 2009 by 4 university of Nairobi students. We give a hen and a cage to women and youths. After 6 months one surrenders 2 chicks (once) for onward lending to other groups and sustainability of the project. Hen and cage create a platform for training farmers on poultry management, Agribusiness,credit management, Value chain analysis and appropriate technology.
