Lee has hands-on experience in all aspects of organizational innovation including; identifying, screening and assessing opportunities, and transitioning innovative ideas into tangible pilots and programs as well as developing performance metrics for innovation and organization-wide diffusion. Prior to IDC, Lee was a senior partner with Deloitte and PWC, with P&L responsibilities, and extensive experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical.

Prior to IDC, Nick was VP of University Advancement at New Mexico State University and President of the NMSU Foundation. Before NMSU Nick was senior vice president of public affairs for PacifiCare Health Systems, a Fortune 200 health insurance company. Nick also serves as chairman of the board of directors of New Mexico Mutual Casualty Company and has served as Chief Legislative Assistant and Legal Advisor to the Governor of New Mexico.

Jim has more than 25 years of executive management experience, with a successful track record in growing global software and enterprise applications services companies, both organically and through strategic acquisitions. JJ has held several senior executive management positions in the software industry, including: Division President at Sterling Software, President and CEO of Bakbone Software, and as SoftBrands president and CTO.
