He assist the CEO with obtaining funding for clean energy projects in the United States. He has a BA in industrial management from the Inter-American University

Juan Torres is the President of (IIREC) and accounts with the ranking level of the third senior executive position in the corporate government command inside the company. Torres main responsibilities include the coordination of production lines in order with safety and operational standards that will guaranty clean energy production. He holds a BA in Civil Engineering from the Caribbean University of Puerto Rico.

Mr. Ramirez is the corporate secretary. He is the senior member of the board of directors and has a significant participation on corporate governance. He accounts with the 4 level ranking inside the company. His main duties are the management of company records, ensuring compliance with law requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented. He holds a BA in information technology, University of Syracuse, NY.

Manuel Carrion is the (CEO) and has the highest-ranking level in the company. His duties include making major corporate decisions, managing the operations of the company, acting as the main point of contact between the Board of Directors. He accounts with 24 years of experience in the field of technology research. His daily work flow also includes working close with the CFO ensuring the execution of PPA Agreements with future customers.
