IR has developed a high-efficiency solution to reduce the power consumption of wireless transmitters, like DTV broadcasting transmitters, mobile BTS transmitters (LTE/4G ...). At major events of broadcasting industry (NAB in April and IBC in September) all the talk is about efficiency figures. Power amplifiers (PA) represent around 70% to 85% of the energy bill of TV broadcasters. DTV transmitter manufacturers like Harris can be our customers.
