His prior experience includes designing, producing & selling novel DNA based test kits. ReliaGene was acquired by Orchid-Cellmark-2007, which was acquired by Lab Corp-2011

As Co-Founder of ReliaGene Ms. Montgomery has over twenty years experience in the field of forensic DNA analysis for government & private labs as both a Consultant & Forensic DNA Lab Director. She is a court qualified expert in Molecular Biology & DNA Analysis having testified >150 times throughout the US. These cases include testimony for both prosecution & defense. Her knowledge & reputation make her ideally suited to manage R&D lab operations.
