He has more than 24 years of experience developing and commercializing medical devices and capital equipment in the gynecology, orthopedic, oncology, surgical, general surgery, and wound care fields. As CTO, Bob manages the development of the Innoblative technology and associated IP.

Prior to attending Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine and Kellogg School of Management, Tyler worked for the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of Wisconsin, Northwestern Department of Orthopedic Surgery. He gained relevant experience at Abbott Ventures and Medtronic.

Rick is a veteran MedTech Executive with decades of experience. He served as a SVP and GM at Angiodynamics' Oncology & Surgery Global Business. He has also guided multiple MedTech ventures from commercial launch, through growth stages, to successful exits as CEO, board member, or advisor.

Katherine is a veteran Medical Device Quality and Regulatory professional with 30+ years of experience at comanies including Physio-Control (Stryker), Defibtech, and others. She has filed numerous successful 510ks and PMAs in these roles.

Alyssa is a MedTech developer with over a decade of experience engineering medical devices and formulating regulatory submissions. She has accrued extensive project management and business strategy knowledge.
