Paul was an active member of the Young Presidents Organization from 2004 to 2011.

Anthony WongChief Technology Officer
Anthony is an inventor and technologist, who has had a lifelong interest in electronics and mechanical design. His career has given him a broad exposure to all aspects of technology, and has held roles in IP development focused on the patent viability and the business application of various innovations. Anthony has successfully guided products from the proof of concept stage through prototyping to successful deployment in the marketplace.

Mats LipowskiChief Engineer
Mats is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of automotive R & D experience and an MSc. in Mechanical Engineering. He has developed several patents, some of which are currently being used in the automotive industry. He has 10 years of R&D project management experience, with companies such as Magna International. Mats has been working with belts, tensioners, gearboxes, engines and pulleys - core components of the MVSD - since 1992.

Mark MurrayChief Financial Officer
Mark is a Chartered Accountant who has held senior financial roles with Nortel and has worked internationally with KPMG. He currently serves as a CFO to early stage technology companies, a role he has been in for the last 5 years. A technology entrepreneur in his own right, Mark co-founded a software company that raised over US$30M in VC funding and grew from a two-person start-up to an international firm with multi-million dollar revenues.

Michael DoyleDirector of Legal Affairs
Called to the Ontario Bar in 2001, Michael has practiced general commercial litigation for almost ten years with an emphasis on environmental and energy law disputes as well as an emerging component of intellectual property practice. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Environmental and Energy Law sections, keeping abreast of developments in these key areas of interest to his practice and to the Company.
