    Walter has 40 years of entrepreneurial experience with ten in high-volume close tolerance manufacturing, five years in software design/development, and twenty years in the medical device industry. Served at the operational and executive level, negotiated merger and asset purchase/sales activities, and managed the purchase, development, and prosecution of a significant and diverse suite of patents.Early pioneer in aquaculture RAS projects.

    Chief Science Officer and Lead Engineer- Ray will be in charge of engineering with degrees in electrical mechanical, finance, and IT.

    More than 20 years experience in managing Engineering department, strategic planning, crisis ,financial, and project management. Able to successfully analyse an organization´s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies, potential opportunities, develop innovative and cost-effective solutions. Confident and comfortable in functioning as a senior-level advisor providing technical, financial, policy-level and other relevant advice .

    Mark brings over 30 years of experience to the team at Inland Shrimp Company and will be in charge of National Sales accounts and Franchise Territory Sales. With a career in sales and marketing and being director of franchise sales of over 1600 % for a local Midwestern-based pizza chain, Mark brings the passion and drive into making Inland Shrimp Company into a nationally known seafood producer.He will train all future sales reps also.
