Dr. Block’s experience in medical device product development spans almost 3 decades, having achieved high level positions in academia and executive management in the medical device industry. Dr. Block is Founder and President of The Jon Block Group.

The ICD inventor, as well as the Company’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Hetherington is a facial plastic surgeon in private practice in Bozeman, MT. He earned his M.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. In 1997 he purchased an ENT practice in Bozeman and quickly expanded adding additional lines of business including cosmetic surgery, allergy and audiology, as well a medical spa – the first in Montana.

Responsible for general administration and global business development support. He brings over 20 years experience in driving business initiatives. His work as a Montana Ambassador has developed key strategic relationships uncovering synergistic economic development opportunities between CA-based corporations and the state of Montana; these relationships led to the launch of Injection Technologies.
