Chris delivers big ideas, ‘Penflight’, a social network in 1984, 'Shoppers Guide', an early Groupon in 1990, and NetBasics, helping 100k+ people get the best out of the Internet, in 1995. This led to senior innovation roles within Internet, Financial Services, Aerospace & Defence, Construction and Health & Fitness Industries, and more recently, steering the development of the AXA Insurance Innovation Hub. Chris co-founded Ingenin in April 2011.

Manjit is an entrepreneurial and creative thinker with 25 years' experience of developing innovative technology propositions for the insurance sector. He has a strong understanding of trends, developments and issues in the insurance sector having worked in the USA, UK and APAC regions. He has created a number of start-ups as well as working for large corporates such as CSC, Fujitsu Consulting and helped create the AXA Insurance Innovation Hub.

Robert led mobile R&D at Hewlett Packard and Orange Labs. Recently, Roberts personal focus has been the DailyRoads Voyager driving smartphone application, helping drivers cope with today’s unpredictable driving environment. DailyRoads has been installed by more than a million people, and currently has more than 300,000 regular users. Robert is currently working as a freelance developer.
