Shane is the Chairman of Infogeni. He co-founded and has led Information Power Limited, the owner of Infogeni since 1993. Shane has been responsible for strategy, finance and key account management. He holds a BSc (Hons.) and MSc in Statistics from Massey University.

Mike is the CEO of InfoGeni. Mike has invented and commercialised a new software product and successfully carried out large software sales both in NZ and through to Australia. He brings a focus on sales; teamwork; staff alignment with a vision; and robust process and financial management.

Mel Ingalls is a Director of Infogeni. He has more than 30 years’ experience as a software developer, an entrepreneur, a business person, a management consultant and a strategist. He built and ran a software company in the US in the 1990s. Mel holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA in strategy, marketing and finance from the Kellogg School, one of America’s premier business schools. He brings a strategic focus to Infogeni.

Tony Salter is a directo of Infogeni and is also Founder and Managing Director of Salamander Enterprises. Through Tony's career, he has worked in various marketing and management roles including holding Directorships in a number of companies. Tony brings 40 years’ experience in wide range of business activities ranging from accounting, costing, negotiating and distribution to Human Resources, Sales and Marketing.

Ross is a Director of InfoGeni and is recognised as a thought leader in the IT community and has held some of the most challenging IT leadership roles in New Zealand. Curently he is consulting to a wide range of organisations while he establishes his own software start-up business (in a sector other than home healthcare). Ross has a BCA and an MBA from Victoria University of Wellington.
