    Effraim has extensive experience working with and for technology startups, including: consulting to multiple projects at the UMass. Effraim was formerly VP of Marketing and Corporate at the Boston based enterprise software vendor, Panviva; and Investment Manager of the Australian early-stage VC fund, Momentum. Effraim began his career in Arthur Andersen’s management consulting division and holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

    Frank is based in the Netherlands. He is a mechanical engineer and was previously the General Manager of Innovent Standex in Germany; a $6 million per year business that supplies specialized air/solid separation screens for the diaper manufacturing industry. Frank is a highly entrepreneurial and sales-driven technologist who started Innovent’s diaper tool business which was subsequently sold in 2005 for a 5x return on investment.
